If you are on your way to purchasing a mask and specifically a masquerade one, then you will be making a small investment. No doubt you will be wanting to wear this and then NOT put it away never to be worn again. Some of you will be asking what do you wear to a mascarade or masquerade as it is more commonly known? Never fear, I will be giving you some ideas and places that you can wear it again and again.

Here is a small list of places to wear your masquerade masks and then a small explanation of what I mean for each of them.

• Fancy Dress
• Play/Theatre/Comedy
• Mardi Gras
• Festivals

Wedding - Now this may seem to be a strange one. It would be quite rare to be invited to a wedding where you need to wear a mask but you can always suggest the idea to someone you know who is or it could even be your marriage. It makes a great change from the same boring thing.

Prom - This is becoming extremely popular. You may have purchased your first one for this reason. If you are organising the event or know someone who is then it is a great thing to do to make it a masquerade.

Fancy Dress - Any old party can be like every other one. Why not make your a bit different and a bit more fun. Let everyone dress up and have a great time too. Wearing masquerade masks can make things very interesting very quickly.

Play/Theatre/Comedy - You will most likely be going to watch people wear masks and not actually wear them yourselves. However, this may only apply to formal events. Many informal places hold shows that mean you can wear what you like. Also, if you are artistic then you can wear them as part of your act.

Mardi Gras - Oh this is the best and greatest place to wear masquerade masks in my opinion. Not only will you and the others in the audience be wearing them but the people in the street parade will have magnificent displays of them and you can dream of getting what they have.

Festivals - Similar to the above but just as fun. Chinese New Year or other events mean that you can express yourself more freely so go ahead and wear some masquerade and put your masks on.

As you can see here, there are so many different places and occassions you can wear your mask. No need to only use it once and then discard it, wear it many times. Every time you do you will feel great because of the feeling it gives you and be happy that you did.
